I was inspired on Saturday to see so many of our Club Members with rakes, brooms, and dustpans out to clean up Tomol Park. I look forward to the day we are able to re-open it and invite new visitors to see how spectacular our interpretive play area is.
PLEASE don't forget our Polio Challenge concludes this month with a Polio Group 8 virtual zoom on October 24th-World Polio Day. Time TBD.
Please join me in a HIKE TO END POLIO this Sunday at 8:00 a.m at Greenwell Preserve in Summerland. We will hike a 5-mile loop. Starting at Greenwell Preserve to the reservoir to the Coffin Family Trail to the QAD Trail to Lillie Ave to Greenwell. You can stop at the Summerland Beach Cafe towards the end of the hike or continue on to Greenwell Preserve. Please wear Rotary insignia garb, and feel free to invite non-Rotarian friend.
